does it actually destroy farms? it says up to 2% farms. does that mean 2% of current farms, or 2% of land size in farms?

if they are running 7% farms, and its 2% of current farms, then its 0.0014% of targets size in farms. so it would be extremely difficult to reduce their number of farms to a level that could cause a food deficit, even if you removed their spells..

is it a viable option for gimping LE's income or does it still destroy only negligible amounts of farms?

i ask these because in all my experiences, i have not seen PW destroy any farms. and if it is 2% of current farm amount, and farms are covering 7% of the targets size, above 750 land, you should start seeing atleast 1 farm destroyed per op, ive op'd on tribes much larger than that running as much as 9% farms, and still seen 0 destroyed. bad luck perhaps?
