i believe it's all attempts, can a LE confirm?

if its written correctly, “whenever targeted” its any dark spell that targets you. failed, succeeded, deflection, whatever. if it targeted the LE, they are empowered by it, and gain the 1% MP.

When I was LE I only recieved the mana bonus (which is stated in the Tribe News) a few times. Maybe because I was never op'd? Maybe! Now what a “dark” spell is can also be debated. Does it mean Visions/Flyovers and other INTEL spells? Or just DARK spells?

it means intel aswell, (Im a LE and Im getting mp at times without any dark spells done on me so gotta have been intel spells)

Kinda weird that it says darkspells tho, succeeded darkspells should have given me some news about the dmg, failed ones aswell. ergo gotta have been successfull intel spells

Lol Bolle you crazy dutchie no one was wrong. I was asking for clarification due to the following:

“75% resistance to intel operations and spells”

But yes now that I recall I never showed any failed ops when I gained mana, but it happened so infrequently I didn't know. I guess people knew better than to try to OP the usually over-deffed LE's!

Also, out of context, but I assume Flyovers no longer show failed on tribe news? (Due to the fact I've never seen one since returning to infinity). Though they used to show pre-infinity as fails.

must be some temporary fix... I doubt LEs can do any spell at all on an allimate. Or that any allimate at all can cast a spell on LE...

i think what shes talking about is that anything like pestilence on a light elf cant be removed... if she casts heal on herself, it doesn't remove it (because its a “self-spell” and light-elves cant have their self spells removed)

not sure if its intended like that, but it is how it works last time i checked, haven't tested/verified it on devork yet tonight though, will if i get a chance here at work.

didn't get a chance to test Engineered Virus or Venom, but i would imagine they would be in the same boat

huh? I could heal myself when i played LE, so i'm with bolle on this one, someone must've changed them (prolly during that inifinte mana thingy).

hmm... ive played LE in the past and it didnt let me then either.. so i dont know, maybe bolle is right about them shutting down casting to/from ally Light Elfs...

And does +35% spell damages affect pestilence as well? That sucks...
